problems with payment

Good morning. 

We are expats and we lived in Portugal since last year.  Due to family circumstances, we are at this moment forced to stay in the Netherlands for approximately a month and a half.  We try to pay invoices for your services remotely.  This doesn't work, the QR links don't work, we have no experience with MB-way, there is no IBAN number on the invoices, there is also no option to pay with IDeal or PayPal. We would like to receive a payment link or IBAN number so we can pay all costs of your services every month.  These are the costs of our subscription for internet, TV and telephone package services.

Your website has an option in English, but this is only for the main page.  so we still have to translate everything in the next few pages to understand what's going on. we hope you can help us.  Best regards,
