I was invited to join the Survivor 2025 competition and answered each question on time, even when I had to increase the SMS monetary value available on my account. In addition, I topped up my mobile twice in order to continue participating. However, on the 9th of December my messages were failing to be delivered. I know this is not an error on my phone or account because I could still send and receive messages from others. I continued to send all my replies on time even though they were not delivered. On the 10th of December I was eliminated from the competition through no fault of mine. I am very disappointed and would like to ask for a refund for all the messages I sent in participation of this competition.

It is stipulated in the competition rules. Furthermore, reimbursement is only for those ranked 11th to 50th.

eventualidade de algum SMS não ser rececionado e/ou assumido pela plataforma
gestora das participações, ou no caso do conteúdo dos SMS se encontrar desatualizado,
ou, nomeadamente na informação relativa à quantidade de jogadores em jogo ou
eliminados, o participante renuncia ao direito de reclamar por quaisquer danos e/ou
prejuízos daí decorrentes."

This was not a ‘forca maior’ as mentioned, the technical error was not on my side, my messages to others were still being received and answered.
This is a huge red flag and a massive get out clause, Cronobits can eliminate anyone at any time for no reason, yet MEO gets to keep the monies spent?!?!
