não internet em Tomar

No internet it’s been out all day! Can’t call as landline doesn’t work either nor does the TV everything all morning! And you want 50 plus euros this month… it’s a joke.. all week but today has been all morning!

I am so sorry that your service is down and not working. And I hope it gets resolved as soon as possible

You must contact Technical Support to report the fault to MEO via the MEO Helplines or Use the Digital Assistant on my MEO app, to report the fault to MEO

You will receive a discount for the days you are without service and were unable to use it, so you don't have to pay on those days.

I can’t get though to the technical line.. the online app is crap just doesn’t do what I need it to do.. report the problem

Here on the Forum we are just customers, you cannot report the Problem here

The Digital Assistent on your myMEO customer area is very helpful to report problems and get informations.

Try saying "my internet is not working"
