Wrong invoices after contract change

Dear Sirs,

end September 2020 your employee Joao Filie de Jesus Correia in Forum Algarve Faro, advised me to change the entire contract + nr from 1 shop to another.

1st October 2020 this was done, but still I receive bills for the old shop.

I frequently forwarded these invoices to him requesting it to stop without success or reply (typical in Portugal)!!

Now I even received a letter from your lawyers !

Please can you cancel this and confirm, otherwise I need to give it to our lawyers to claim back the time we are loosing on this !
