unprofessional customer support

I am tried with meo customer service, i request to change my address for fiber connection as per meo customer service they can not install connection to my new address and customer support agent promise me that connection will canceled, it’s been 1 month i have not received any confirmation that connection was cancelled, every month they are sending me invoice , i have called serval time to meo customer support, they are transferring me one department to other department, please sort out my problem asap
