Is it possible to suspend my service for the months when I am not in Portugal?
Unfortunately I think it is not possible. Did you make a contract with a minimum stay period or did you hire a package with no loyalty period?
It’s because there are both, one has obligations, the other does not. For more critical situations, extended absences, there are customers who choose to get a friend or neighbor who wants the service, thus making a change of ownership.
If you have a loyalty package, the service must be maintained. In case of waiver, the remaining amount will be charged until the end of the contract.
