internet package

Hello, My name is Binay K C. My number is +351920331904. Today i talk with your customer care and change my internet and sim package. 
i am your client since 2019 april. And my contract expires in 2021 april . I want my new package till 2021 april ! Not more than that as i went to meo office and they told me it was till 2022 june. So can u cancel it and make it till 2021 april . If it is impossible than i will stay with my old package .

Hello,

There is no way to deal with such matter in a public forum. We suggest that you register your product in the MEO customer area. Where you will have access to management and visibility of everything you need about the MEO products you have hired, the bill(s) etc.


Please go to https://cliente.meo.pt, login, and follow the steps to register your MEO products, you must have an invoice in hand to put the data you need, customer number (número de cliente), account customer number (número de conta Cliente).
