I moved apartment, I asked for the same contract I had, but you gave me a lower speed

Hi Meo. I subscribed to your service last August, 29,90€. 500mb + TV.
On the 6th of January I asked to change the apartment, and move my connection with me.
MEO phone operator confirmed that conditions were gonna be the same. He said that I will receive an SMS and I will have to reply SIM.
Today I got internet in the new apartment, and the speed is only 30mbps.
I called a customer support, and he said that 30mbps was in the new contract.

Now, this is a way for tricking existing customers? Why on earth would I want to pay the same and go from 500mb to 30mb? MEO customer support should be obliged to tell those important informations on the initial call. I see this so bad from a customer point of view. MEO should take care of existing customer, and work on your retention, instead of trying to sneak a new lower contract when moving apartments.

How can I get back the conditions of last August? Anyone else with the same situation as me?
