I Canceled Service with MEO why am is still getting billed months later.

Crachá

I cancled service with MEO in store in February as I am no longer residing in Portugal.
I recieved the cancellation letter and returned all equipment as they requested.
Why am i still being billed.

I have not more products listed on my account and can not send messages as there is no products.
Please stop the billing and cancel the service.
