I want to pay a bill from ireland. is there an english speaking customer service line. The main line has recorded messages in Portugese but I cannot understand what is being said. I am trying to pay a bill that is in arrears and get the internet restored but I cannot travel to Portugal at the moment due to Covid and I am finding it impossibleto make contact with MEO remotely. Any suggestions ?

Howdy,
When you dial the support +351 961 001 620 and you hear the IVR (Interactive voice response). Press key “9” to the call be fowarded to a assistant.
Also ask them help to register your product in your login (custumer area)

I was able to get through to customer service using this approach and a very helpful assistant, Ricardo, gave me all the details on how to pay the bill using the MEO IBAN. I have made the payment and hopefully the account will be reactivated shortly so that I can set it up on My Meo for future use.
