how to end my Meo Contract

I am due to end my 2 year contract on 15 November 2020, can you tell me how I do this and whether I have to return you equipment?  Due to Covid regulations it is a little difficult to ask the questions in one of your shops.  Thank you

Call 16200 (with cost) or 16209 (free from numbers of Meo or telephone), the robot is in portuguese, or you put your service number or just wait.

They will redirect you to english customer.
