Horrible service: shuts down every day, frequently cuts on and off during the day, extremely slow.
MEO has promised me fiber optic service since January 2020. No one has ever shown up after repeated visits to the Lagos office in person, which they fail to record. They put wrong numbers in my profile so strangers are called. I give them the correct number in large type on paper, still won’t correct.
I am trying to get rid of them, but they keep renewing my service without my knowledge.
They have been billing me for a Playboy Channel I never ordered and I had asked them from the first day of service to block all extra pay channels.
Liars, cheats, frauds.
