Our 2 year contract with MEO is due to end 17 December 2020. We would like to extend it by 6 months but are unable to understand the options on the 16200 phone number. Is there anybody who can speak English who can help us with this? We tried using MyMEO but are unable to do this as the phone number defaults to the one at the Lagos MEO office.
