Howdy,
If you have your MEO account (your products) associated with your login you just need to follow this link https://cliente.meo.pt/perfil/mensagens/abrir-pedido or access normaly to meo.pt (insert your credencials and top left coner you will se an evelope).
If you don’t have your products associates with your login. you will need the 1st bill to access the Client number and account number (necessary to register a product) and then have access to make request, manager your products, etc.
