I terminated my MEO back in January and just got charged 453,08 euros for this.
Prior to this I already spoke with people from MEO assuring me that the reason for my termination was valid, and that I would not get a penalty for early termination.
Somehow I still get the penalty after making the order for termination after uploading all the necessary documents. This includes my job contract from outside of Portugal.
I’ve been trying to call all day without any success, and I cannot emphasize how irritated I am right now. I basically just been robbed in broad daylight by MEO.
Please, if any customer service advisor see this, help me out with this because this is unheard of.
