Cancellation - letter to return equipment

Hello, I’ve changed provider to NOS and they cancelled the MEO contract. Now I’ve tried to return the equipment to the MEO store in Loule, but they tell me I need to wait for an email with instructions before returning everything. I’ll only be in Portugal for a few more weeks - so I need to get this sorted as soon as possible.

You'll have to contact costumers support 16200 to receive further instructions.
