I'm horrified at the service even before I have received anything. I signed documents and was told in 2 days they will come install, week one, visit to worten to find out what's happening. Get told another 2 days as they been busy, wait another 2 days. Still no installation, two weekS, still no installation, another visit to the shop then they tell me I must again give them permission and they will come a day later. And 3 days later I get an SMS saying they will come next month. 3 weeks to wait for installation! That's the beginning of the service then they must cancell my contract right now. Where do I find the complaints book? I've had to cancell appointments to sit and wait for them and they don't arrive.
