US S21 Ultra nao eSIM activation

Hi,

 

I have a U.S. Samsung S21Ultra.  it has a physical SIM and with the last update, it now also makes the eSIM available. 

 

I went to a MEO store to have an eSIM added but it failed. The agent said there was a problem with the firmware.

 

I went to the Samsung store and they said it was a problem with MEO systems, and that I was the 2nd person this week with the same problem.  He suggested NOS or Vodaphone, as they have no problems adding eSIMs to S21Ultras.

Does anyone know if or when MEO will have this problem resolved? or should I go with another carrier?
