Yesterday I received a SMS that my last fatura has not been payed and that I need to do so to avoid extra costs of €5 or that the contract will automatically will b stopped.
This is a mistake. I have paid the invoice on 25th of March. Since your shops have been closed I tried to contact the customer service by phone but for a non-Portuguese speaker, it’s kind of impossible to understand all the automatic questions that are asked by the system before talking to a real person.
Please contact me and make clear why I got this message.
