I'm writing here because I don't know how else to help myself - unfortunately I don't speak Portuguese and therefore can't call the hotline (many automatic announcements).
I have topped up my MEO sim via Xoom - but due to the fee, only €14.20 arrived instead of €15. I topped up another €14.20 and now have €28.20 (in area de cliente). Why is the 25 dias flatrate not activated? How do I activate it? What can I do?
