I have pat to go program and I pay 4 euro per week.
last week I added 20 euro to my balance (that was 1 euro back than) and my balance disappeared!!
why?? Now I can’t even call meo to complain because I don’t have credit.

probably that amount went to another customer (try to translate your complain and send it by email addedto meo administration or ask someone to help you up). if the transaction was made by bank services, you could ask to the bank what happened that day.
