Hello, I want to cancel my Portuguese SIM card. I moved abroad to the Philippines, so I cannot use my Portuguese number anymore, as it is too costly and I am about to cancel my Portuguese bank account.
When I try to use the cancel contract request on My Meo, it lets me fill in everything, but I cannot confirm it. The page just doesn’t load after clicking on Avancar.
I also cannot use the call me back option, as there is not enough room for my foreign number, and for my Portuguese number, it will cost me 3EUR per minute
If it doesn’t get cancelled this month, You won’t receive any more money, as my bank account linked to it will cease to be active. You also won’t be able to contact me, as I cannot provide foreign details.
