Called in the meo shop yesterday, to report the fault about the line, staff very helpful, talking to the technical on the phone in the shop, i was informed she had checked the line and it would be fine now. come away from the store with a new contact (7 euro cheaper) and a sim card for a mobile phone! when i tried the phone again at home…..just the same... not working! spent half a day out of my life, with no result...cant report the fault, can’t find an email or contact page to report the problem to get things moving…. SHAFTED! there is more contact in a lighthouse - FAROL!
