how to get your cables and data replaced

How do you get Meo to update their data on contracts? When I phone to get help with the below cabling provided to the house they tell me data that is over 30 years old !  How can you get any customer service if the data Meo holds on the contract is redundant? Come on Meo get your act together come and fix my cables and stop fobbing me off and don’t offer an English service have a technician phone me and he says he can’t speak England and he can your service is frustrating and terrible
