Consumption details

I can’t find anywhere on MEO’s invoices or on “MyMEO” the details behind the consumption charged. The only consumption details available are for calls not yet invoiced. Is this intentional to avoid too many questions or have I missed something? This concerns both Fix and Mobile phones. Other providers are very generous with details of what calls are being charged. This has become an issue because I have realized that MEO is not living up to an agreement in our contract of 150 minutes free to the famous “50 countries” no matter what time of the day the call is made. We have  this clause in writing, but are now realising that MEO is not recognizing it. As usual it is impossible to get an answer from MEO and no one is in charge.
