Fatura electronic

Boa tarde,

(Lamento, meu portugues e muito ruim.)

I have tried calling but my phone is not working correctly. A couple days ago i got a sms saying that the invoice got an error. When my phone was still working i spoke to one of your employees who resent the email and told me to check my spam... i have not yet received the fatura. Could you please help me out through the forum?

I would suggest you to create or use your existing login (ie: same as you used on this forum) to create yout customer area where you can easily access your produt(s), requests and your monthly invoices.

please access https://www.meo.pt/cliente do your login with your credentials, ps: you will need your customer number (número de cliente) and account number (número de conta).

If in any chance you don't have customer number or the account number you can have that information by calling the support number 16200 or on a MEO store.

With the product in your customer area you can check and change your email to receive the invoice.
