I am back in Portugal. I have all the MEO equipment from my last contract. Since I am reluctant to sign a new contract, I am asking MEO for a monthly service without contract. They seems not to understand.

Please check the available services in https://conteudos.meo.pt/meo/Documentos/Tarifarios/Outros_fibra.pdf (service without minimum period, if is that what you are referring). These packages/services don’t have a 2-year loyalty period. So the prices are different.
