I recently had a new service installed at a second home. The address was entered incorrectly by the agent. I believe that address might have been corrected, but my bill and the information online is currently appearing incorrect.
My second problem connected with the incorrect address is that when the free promotional offer of a TV was to be delivered, it never reached me because of the incorrect apartment number.
I need for someone to ensure that the second service address is correct and that my promotion be sent to that address.
