Apologies for asking in English as I do not know Portuguese yet.. I have 2 questions.
- I have a postpaid SIM card from MEO this Sep 2022 as I intend to migrate to Portugal in 2023. Now, I am back in SG and I could not get it to roam on my mobile phone. I tried to select network manually and none of the mobile telcos here would accept. Where can I get the preferred MEO partner network in Singapore?
- I am also trying to login to my MyMEO app. My wife signed up for a package of fibre, TV and 2 SIM cards. The app asked for my customer and account no. I found my customer no on the sales agreement (in pdf). Where can I find my account no?
Is there an MEO email I can send to? Thank you.
