meo overcharged

I have been overcharged and my direct debit is due to go out of the bank 14th nov 2022 i am in uk and have been disconnected several times now in an effort to contact and speak regarding this issue.

My portuguese mobile does not work here in uk so am unable to get any answers? do i cancel my direct debit? as fine meo never refund their mistakes?

Is there an address i can write to? it seems crazy that meo can just add services to my account without my permission and just expect me to pay!!!
