I am no longer living in Portugal and I had an issue with the cease of my contract before the first 24 months. Meo asked me a prove that I moved abroad to remove a penalty of about 600 euro.
I sent all the documents trough a guy that is working at “MEO FORUM ALGARVE”. Meo recently asked me for further proves and I contacted the same operator at “MEO FORUM ALGARVE” to provide the documents requested but I had no answer at all for 2 weeks.
I tried myself to contact the customer service from abroad and the calls interrupts after 9 mins waiting to talk to someone.
I won't pay any bills unless my situation is taking care of.
Meo does obstructionism and I am looking into taking legal action.
