I want to pay my bill

I want to pay my bill and have logged into My Meo but it is saying there is no invoice for my account, but there is as I have an email that has been sent to me and it needs paying.  I usually go into Meo shop to pay my bill but due to the Coronavirus and the shops being closed I cannot complete the transaction that way.  Can someone please advise me what I should do?

Please can you send me my bill on my email address as you used to do before I missed track of my invoices I want to pay thank you

Hello,

There is no way to deal with such matters in a public forum. We suggest that you register your product in the MEO customer area. Where you will have access to management and visibility of everything you need about the MEO products you have hired, the bill(s) you want included.


Please go to https://cliente.meo.pt, login, and follow the steps to register your MEO products, you must have an invoice in hand to put the data you need, customer number (número de cliente), account customer number (número de conta Cliente).
