I am unable to find a "Pedidos" option

Hi,

I’m trying to cancel a mobile router subscription. All help topcis say I should find a “Pedidos” option in the messages, but…

...when I click “Pedidos e mensagens” all I get are the messages I’ve received, there is no place to post a request. What do I do?

Thanks. However, it doesn’t work. Here’s what happens:

  • it tells me “you have not products to create requests”;
  • I try to add my product and it says “you cannot add it because you already have it”

I’m stuck!

Unfortunately you have to contact the customer service by calling 16200 or going to a MEO store.  They have to check where the problem is.
