FIBER to be installed

Dear Sirs, I have been informed that meo fibre is available in my area.  Despite repeated requests to upgrade, I have been unsuccessful.  I was told my address was incorrect, This was amended.  How do I get someone to call me to resolve this.  Otherwise I will have to change provider.  My contract ends 2nd November 2021
