wifi extender charged, paid and not delivered - bad service

We’ve ordered a extender 3 weeks ago and paid an additional charge for speed delivery. DPD could not find our address(?) and didn’t call us. We’ve send mails, called, went to the shop, but no response. Via track&trace we saw DPD delivered the extender to a person in Lisbon, while we live in Algarve. It’s impossible to call MEO, so no money and no extender. We call that stealing, that’s why we will go to the police. Anyone any experience?

After your bad judgement I hope you receive your extender soon and no latter than the first of April.

Recently I ordered one MEO Smart WI-FI Extender, on Saint Patrick's Eve, arriving 23 March - 24 March.
