Have come to expect this from companies after living in Portugal for a while.
Over sell, under deliver.
But in this case i’m impressed. I thought fibre optic was generally quite a consistent service, however in Lisbon I manage to have times on MEO Fibre (eg Sunday 7pm) when it’s like a 1997 dial up service.
Other times faster → but never more than 10% of what was sold.
Who else is in this situation?
