Apologies for writing in English, my written Portuguese is not good enough yet!
Where on the 'my MEO' homepage is there the option to pay my invoice? I don't know why but MEO did not take the payment this month, even though a direct debit was set up! Now they are saying they will cancel our account if we do not pay.
I have been on 'help and support' and it says I can pay through my MEO account. However, when logging in I can view my invoice, direct debit details and account details but there is no option to pay anywhere??
