My question has vanished 2 times from this forum (by admin).
So I try again. Please let my question stay.
Obviously, it is not allowed to (http://) link to my test results.
I have M4O TOP Contract with MEO.pt.
My internet speed should be close to 400MBits/s, but my test shows that it only goes to 100MBit/s WIRED and 60MBit/s when connected by WIFI.
The speed is never even close to 400MBit/s.
Should MEO upgrade/atualizar my connection/ ligação?
Here are my test results.
A) WIRED connection.
I have connected my laptop directly to the router via an ethernet cable.
I have also disconnected TV and telefone fixo do router.
WIRED test 1:
PING: 4
DOWNLOAD: 100 Mbit/s
UPLOAD: 98 MBit/s.
WIRED test 2:
PING: 3
DOWNLOAD: 92 Mbit/s
UPLOAD: 93 MBit/s.
---------------
B ) WIFI connection.
Connection by WIFI. Distance to the router 5 meters.
I have disconnected TV and telefone fixo do router.
WIFI test 1:
PING: 7
DOWNLOAD: 53 Mbit/s
UPLOAD: 50 MBit/s.
WIFI test 2:
PING: 3
DOWNLOAD: 49 Mbit/s
UPLOAD: 43 MBit/s.

I had the same problem when I changed speed (from 200mbps to 400mbps) and renewed my contract. During the process they reseted my connection back to 100mbps until it was done. Unfortunately I had to call them to let know about this, since it had been a week. They apologized and "forced" the change. 24 hours later I had 400 mbps.
I suggest you do the same.

Good news. Boas notícias.
Um técnico do MEO ligou e disse que precisa de trocar o meu router/modem. Ele vai visitar a minha quinta nos próximos dias para montar o novo equipamento.
My old router does not support velocidades over 100MBit/s.
MEO will come and exchange the router/modem in the coming days.
