Unable to close my contract

Hello MEO Team,


I have a great difficulty in closing my contract after I served the contract period. I called the customer care number and my calls is just getting diverted to different teams without any solution.


So it seems to be like MEO customer care service team doesn’t know the process exactly on who/which team needs to do what.


The customer service team made me to wait on the call for more than 50 minutes without a response.
