Hi, I am trying to cancel my father's Meo service after his death. I am outside Portugal and I do not speak Portugese.
His service details are:

I get an error when I try to add a product in myMeo:
Unable to register.
The data entered does not allow registration. Confirm the details on your invoice or call 16 200.
I cannot call Meo support without incurring a cost of 50 cents per minute, since I am outside Meo's network.
Is there anyone at Meo who can help me resolve this?
