Hi,

I request an urgent visit of MEO technician to fix amateur set up of fiber in my apartment.  We called and whatsapped MEO multiple times, came to the physical store 3 times and until today no visit has been scheduled by MEO. We are deeply dissatisfied with this company and customer service.

 

Couple of facts:

  1. Meo representative came to our apartment on 11/06 to set up the internet. He appeared at 8 am with his girlfriend / female friend who was waiting in our apartment for him during the work, which is very unprofessional. 
  2. We've pointed out that we have a dedicated TV / internet plug that was designed to set up the internet on the upper floor of our apartment. Despite this, MEO representative set up internet cable across our apartment and staircase, leaving ~5 m of fiber cables loose and disturbing entrance to the bathroom and causing damage to the staircase - all without our consent. 
  3. We complained about this set up directly on the day to the MEO representative, however we were told that another technician can come back anytime to fix it correctly. It's been more than 2,5 months since we are trying to set up a visit. We called / whatsapped MEO multiple times, and came to the physical store 3 times. No visit has been scheduled by MEO.

We request an urgent technician visit to fix the fiber cable correctly or breaking the contract as we are deeply dissatisfied with this service.
