Two weeks ago I went to the MEO loja in Vasco da Gama for the router installation. The guy who came to do the job forgot some kind of tool so he could not work and he left. I went back to the loja and I rescheduled the installation which was supposed to happen yesterday (I received the confirmation message). I was home the whole day (on vacation specifically for this reason) and nobody showed up. Since it's two week I'm waiting I would like to terminate the contract with MEO since MEO never provided the service and I received no explanation. What do I have to do now? MEO worst service ever by the way.
