I am very, very upset with MEO. I have 4 contracts and non of them work properly, in fact 2 of them are completely useless. The service has been bad for 15 years !.  I have spent hours and hours on the telephone and hours and hours waiting for the technicians to arrive and sometimes, not arrive at all. I have recently spent even more hours trying to arrange  the installation of  Fibre Optic in order to improve the quality, all equally a complete waste of my time. I spend 1,700 euros a year with MEO and still have very poor service in every way. Why are MEO so disinterested in their customers - obviously because they almost have a monopoly. The government should intercede in order to avoid customers paying for an inefficient service and aninability to fulfil their contracts to very many people.
