I pay 5 euros a week for internet on my mobile which I do not use, when I try to cancel this at the shop the young girl tells me that if it is not used it will cancel automatically. That was six weeks ago and it is still be taken from the pay as you go phone every week, having just be on hold on the phone to Meo for an hour and no response please how can I cancel it.
