I have, unfortunately, a MEO Wifi. It has two parts:
MEO-xxxxxxx and MEO-xxxxxx 5G
Most of the time, both work. Sometimes only one works. Currently only the 5G one works. The other sends out signals, but these signals have no Internet.
But unfortunately, the 5G one is weaker, so my phone keeps jumping to the not working Wifi. I have tried to tell the phone to forget it, but it does not help. The result is that when I talk on the phone, it jumps to the first one and I lose connection and have to redial. My only way to talk on the phone without these breaks is to go outside.
What should I do? How can I get help from MEO to get the service I pay for?
