Is there any possibilities to change payment process without visiting store? direct deduction from bank account to receive entidade number so that payment would be perform from atm machine. Thank you,

Howdy
You can cancel/manager your direct debt at any ATM near you. You need to find “débitos diretos” in ATM menu, locate the Altice/MEO authorization and cancel. The next bill with be automatically sent with the ATM details for payment.
