Hello - we are paying for a 1GB FIBRE TO THE PREMISES solution and currently only getting 350mb!
I have tried calling the support numbers on MEO website but all in Portuguese.
Can anyone recommend a number to call where we can speak to an English agent?

When you hear the automatic machine, the automatic assistant will try to understand what is the subject (will try to hear 3 times, while the voice it is not recognized, not sure if the machine understand english) it will try 3 times and then forwarded the call to another automatic assistant (now with options to press) and then will be possible to select key 9 while on call. This option will forward your call to a Technichian (Human).
