Hi, I have the; M3 (TV+NET+VOZ) Package. And only use it for Wifi Internet.

  • No phone connected
  • No TV connected

Yet as of this month am being charged with “Conteúdos - Digitais especiais - Subscrição” . 

I have subscribed to nothing! How do I stop this?

 

Other forum post guide to unsubscribe in the mobile tab. But I do not have a mobile tab as this is not a mobile phone subscribtion.

O que mostra o print é da net fixa e não do tlm.

Hi trout farm, Thanks for thinking with me here. Problem is not yet solved, But I have some idea’s

 

Firs of all in MyMEO products today I have a third product!

The Satelite product is actually the one I am using.  The other two are disconnected. 

 

But in the bottom of any tab is choose tab I have found this:

 

As I can see Meo Go is free (right?)

Meo Wifi does not seem to have any subscription plan so seems to be free Do yoyu know?

But MEO Cloud not always free. the first 25M are free. But they have a subscription plan up to 95 euro per month (for 1024GB). Now my invoice is charging me 7,961 euro monthly. On an annual basis this is 95,53. Could it be this?

(I do not have a MEO Cloud user profile or subscription. never used it)

Hi Trout,

 

Thanks for you help, but there is no way to turn it off. When I press the service it asks me  to create a MEO Cloud account!  Exactly what I do not want.

Call 800 209 986 if  you are in portugal press 9, you need extra help.

I stil have no way to switch off or unsubscribe for MEO Cloud. (to which I never subscibed!) 

Ik will go to an MEO store next time and see if they can help me. 

 

Horrible sales practice and useless helpdesk  this is.

I finally had the opportunity to go to a MEO store today to ask for help. I took them 1 second to realise what was going on.

I have been invoiced 3rd party services (like Netfix for example) on my internet subscriptions. And luckily they say they they have switched them off and blocked it for the future.

I use my house in Portugal for vacations and also rent it out. Apparently anybody on my wi-fi is able to subscribe to 3rd party services being charged to the wi-fi owner! But not anymore
