charged for warranty service

Dear Team,

I had problems with my meo wifi, as it didn't work suddenly for 2 days. Someone came to fix the issue and now it works again. On my latest invoice from April I saw that the service for fixing my wifi got charged with 40€, but I thought it's a warranty problem. Also the person didn't tell me that I have to pay for the issue I case the internet doesn't work anymore.

So please clarify within my contract that I have to pay for this issue, and it is not a warranty case. In case it is not a warranty case, please also clarify why it isn't a warranty problem.

You have to contact MEO customer service. This is a forum. Here we are only clients. We don´t now what happened in your case.
