Bluetooth keeps on turning on

Hi, my bluetooth suddenly is turning on for some reason i don't know today. I don't know how it is turning on. any way to track which apps is doing this? I tried to check on settings >> applications >> application manager >> change system settings but there are too many apps that is enabled and I don't know which app is really causing the bluetooth to turn on. any other method to know how? Thanks!
